Medium Listing Prices: On the Rise Or Decline?

All of these areas in Montgomery County are great places to live.  Any comments about your observations?  Obviously the main one is - demand = rising prices.  Proximity to Transportation?  Proximity to DC?  Take a look and see if you are correct.  I look forward to your opinions & comments.
